Hit ↗ share app to send wallet-scanner.html straight through your phone's share sheet, or ↓ download app and attach it to an email. The recipient double-clicks it and it runs. No install, no account.

Download the file, rename it index.html, then drag it onto app.netlify.com/drop. You get a live public URL immediately. Rename it again anytime by dragging a new file.

Create a repo → upload index.html → Settings → Pages → Source: main / root → Save. Your app goes live at username.github.io/repo in about a minute.

Same idea — connect the repo or drag the folder. Both have free tiers and give you a custom domain if you want one.

data link copies the entire app as a base64 URL. Paste it in a browser address bar and the app opens. Caveat: data: URLs have an opaque origin, so the key and vault won't persist between sessions — fine for a quick demo, use real hosting for daily use.

Send them the link or file, plus the key you minted. They open it, paste the key, done. The gate is inside the app, so one build serves everyone — no separate copies per buyer.
